Terms of Service

These terms cover how Breezy Sites engagements work: fixed fees are invoiced before work begins, diagnostic fees credit toward their corresponding sprints, quotes are fixed once written, retainers renew monthly and cancel anytime, and deliverables are yours once paid for.

Who you are contracting with. Breezy Sites, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, operating as Breezy Sites at breezysites.co. References to “we,” “us,” and “Breezy Sites” in these terms mean Breezy Sites, LLC.

Services. Breezy Sites provides website operations services: technical audits, consultations, performance sprints, migrations, launch support, AI assistant builds, and management retainers, as described on the service pages and priced on the pricing page.

Booking and payment. This website does not take payment. Scheduling a call or requesting a diagnostic through the site books time; it does not charge you and does not create a binding engagement. Fixed-fee products (Technical Audit, Strategy Hour, CWV Diagnostic, Migration Risk Assessment, launch packages, AI Search Readiness Audits, knowledge base base builds) are invoiced separately and payable before work begins. Quoted projects follow the payment schedule in the written quote.

Credits. Diagnostic fees credit toward their corresponding project when the project proceeds with Breezy Sites: the Technical Audit and CWV Diagnostic toward their sprints, the Migration Risk Assessment toward the migration. Credits apply once, are not transferable between product lines, and have no cash value. The Strategy Hour is not credited.

Deliverables and ownership. Reports, plans, and code produced for you are yours once paid for, including the right to execute audit findings with another provider. Our boilerplate and internal tooling remain ours; you receive a license to what's deployed for you.

Client responsibilities. Timely access (hosting, DNS, CMS, analytics) per the engagement checklist; accuracy of information provided; maintaining your own accounts with platform vendors. Timelines pause while access is blocked.

Retainers. Monthly, auto-renewing, cancelable anytime effective at the end of the paid month. Scope per the published tier; work beyond tier scope is quoted separately before it happens.

Warranties and limitations. Services are provided with professional skill and care. We don't control third-party platforms, search engines, or AI systems, and we don't guarantee rankings, citations, or platform behavior; we guarantee the documented process.

Confidentiality. We treat client systems, data, and business information as confidential, and we don't name clients publicly without written permission (see the About page's anonymization policy).

Refunds. We offer refunds and credits only for unused services. Refunds or credits are not provided for partially used services: once a diagnostic has been delivered or an engagement has begun, its fee is earned. Retainers cancel as described above, effective at the end of the paid month, and are not prorated.

Governing law. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Georgia.

Changes. We update these terms as the service list evolves; the date above changes with them, and active engagements are governed by the terms in effect when they were booked.
