What does "audit fee credited toward the sprint" mean?
If the audit leads to a fixed-fee sprint with us, the $795 you already paid comes off the sprint price. You never pay for the diagnosis twice.
Do you build custom web applications?
Yes. Bespoke business applications are quoted by scope, and support retainers follow the build. We're also one of the few teams that will take ownership of an existing legacy application rather than insisting on a rewrite.
Can you take ownership of a legacy CodeIgniter or PHP app?
Yes, and we usually recommend stabilizing before rewriting. We inventory the code, document what exists, fix what's fragile, and then maintain it. Rewrites happen when the evidence says so, not as a default.
Can you advise on platform selection?
Yes. Platform-agnostic is the point: we run WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Next.js, Astro, and custom stacks daily, so the recommendation follows your requirements rather than our comfort zone.
How do you translate technical risk into business terms?
Every finding gets stated as what it costs or risks: revenue, downtime, security exposure, or future rework. Executives shouldn't need to parse a dependency graph to make a budget decision, and our reports don't ask them to.
What if my problem is bigger than one hour?
Then the hour becomes the scoping session. You'll leave with a plan that includes what a longer engagement would cover and cost, quoted in writing. Plenty of problems really do fit in an hour, though.
