Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026. Published by Breezy Sites, LLC. This page describes our current practice; it has not been reviewed by legal counsel, and the date above marks publication, not counsel sign-off.
Breezy Sites collects the information you submit through our contact form and our scheduler. We use it to respond to you and to deliver the services you engage us for. We don’t sell it, and we share it only with the processors that run our business (hosting, form handling, scheduling, email).
Information we collect. What you type into our contact form: your name, email address, company, website URL, what you need, and your message. What you provide to our scheduler when you book a call: your name, email address, and anything you add to the booking. Engagement information you share for audits and consultations, including site access credentials, handled per the access checklist. We do not take payment through this website, so we hold no card or payment details.
How we use it. To deliver the services you purchase, respond to inquiries, send engagement-related email, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information. We do not use client site data for anything beyond the engagement it was shared for.
Credentials and client site data. Access credentials shared for audits or retainers are stored in a credential manager, scoped to the engagement, and removed on request or at engagement end.
Processors we share data with. Our contact form is submitted to our own Worker at api.breezysites.co, which forwards every field you submit to us by email via Brevo (brevo.com). No contact record is created in Brevo from this form — it is used only to deliver the email. Call bookings are processed by Cal.com, which receives the details you enter when booking. Our website and its content management system are hosted by WP Engine and served through Cloudflare. Each receives only what its function needs. We do not use an advertising network and we do not share your information with one.
Your choices. Email steve@breezysites.co to access, correct, or delete your information, and we will respond within one business day. Unsubscribe links appear in every non-transactional email.
Governing law and jurisdiction. Breezy Sites, LLC is a Georgia limited liability company, and this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Our processors may store data outside Georgia; where they do, they handle it under their own published terms.
Changes. We update this page when practices change and revise the date above; material changes are announced to active clients by email.
