The paid diagnostic

Stop Guessing What's Wrong With Your Website

Fixed-fee Technical Audit: performance, security, SEO infrastructure, AI-readiness, and a prioritized fix list you can execute with us or anyone else.

TL;DR

The Technical Audit is a $795 fixed-fee diagnostic of your entire website: performance against real-user data, security exposure, SEO infrastructure, and AI-readiness. It ends in a written report with findings ranked by business impact, usable with any developer, and the fee credits toward a sprint if you continue with us.

What exactly gets audited?

Four areas, each against evidence rather than opinion.

Performance

Real-user CrUX field data, not lab scores.

Security

Exposed surfaces, update debt, backup reality.

SEO infrastructure

Crawlability, structured data, indexability.

AI-readiness

A screening pass on whether AI systems can read and cite your site.

Each finding lands in the report with severity, business impact, and the concrete fix.

What do I get, physically?

A written report with a prioritized fix list, in plain language. Findings are ordered by what they cost you, not by how technical they sound. It's an execution document: your existing developer can work from it, another agency can work from it, or we can. No proprietary jargon, no upsell disguised as a deliverable.

How the $795 credits toward a sprint

If the audit leads to a fixed-fee sprint with us within its scope (CWV remediation, launch hardening, AEO implementation), the $795 comes off the sprint price, dollar for dollar. The audit is diagnosis; you never pay for diagnosis twice. If you take the report elsewhere, that's a fine outcome too.

The audit is yours. Take it to us, to your existing developer, or to anyone else: you are under no obligation to hire Breezy Sites.

Need the deep AI-search version?

The audit's AI-readiness section is a screening pass. If AI search visibility is specifically why you're here, the AI Search Readiness Audit ($1,500 standard / $2,500 large or e-commerce) is the full evidence-graded product: crawler rendering analysis, schema validation, and an llms.txt recommendation graded by what the evidence actually supports. It's sold on the AI search page.

Not sure an audit is the right first step?

If your question fits in an hour, start smaller.

One hour with a senior engineer beats a month of forum threads.

Bring your stack questions, migration fears, or broken deploy. Leave with a documented action plan.

Going deeper

Technical Audit questions

Can I use the audit report with another developer?

Yes, it's written for that. Findings, priorities, and concrete fixes in plain language, with no dependency on hiring us. Roughly a third of audit clients execute elsewhere, and that's a designed outcome, not a loophole.

How long does the audit take?

Most audits deliver within five to ten business days of getting access. Large e-commerce sites and multi-site setups can take longer, and you'll get the real timeline before paying.

What access do you need?

Read access to hosting, analytics, and Search Console covers most of it; CMS admin helps for deeper checks. We provide a checklist, and we work with whatever you can grant. No access, no charge: if we can't audit it, we say so first.

Is my site too small (or too big) for a $795 audit?

The fixed fee covers standard sites up to typical small-business scale. Very large or multi-property setups get a scoped quote instead, stated before anything starts. For a five-page brochure site, we'll honestly tell you a Strategy Hour might serve you better.

Will the audit try to sell me a redesign?

No. We're an engineering team, and the audit reports what's broken and what it costs you. If your stack is right, the report says so. Redesigns aren't something we sell.

What's the difference between this and a free automated audit tool?

Tools report symptoms: scores, warnings, checklists. The audit reports causes and consequences: which finding costs you revenue, which is cosmetic, and what order to fix things in. The prioritization is the product; tools can't do it.

What happens after I book?

You get the access checklist, we confirm scope and timeline, and the audit starts once access lands. Delivery is a written report plus a walkthrough call to answer questions and agree on next steps, with us or without us.

Does the audit cover AI readiness?

Yes, as a screening pass: whether AI systems can crawl, render, and cite your site. If that screening flags real gaps and AI visibility matters to your business, the deeper AI Search Readiness Audit picks up from there.
