Fixed-Fee Pricing, No Surprises

The price we publish is the price you pay. Fixed fees for productized work; for scoped projects, a written quote that states exactly what drove the number.

TL;DR

Website management retainers run $97 to $497+ per month across three tiers, and fixed-fee diagnostics run $150 to $2,500: a $795 Technical Audit, $795 CWV Diagnostic, $495 Migration Assessment, and AI Search Readiness Audits from $1,500. Builds and sprints start at $950 (AI app launch) and $1,500 (CWV remediation), with an AI knowledge base at $4,500 fixed.

Quote-based work, and what drives the quote

Complex scoped work gets a written fixed quote instead of a published price, and the quote states its drivers.

How credits work

Diagnostic fees credit toward the corresponding project: the $795 Technical Audit and CWV Diagnostic credit toward their sprints, and the $495 Migration Assessment credits toward the migration. You never pay for the diagnosis twice.

Pricing questions

Why do you publish prices when most agencies don't?

Because hidden pricing shifts the cost onto you: discovery calls, proposals, and negotiation before you know if you can afford anything. Published fixed fees let you decide in five minutes. It also keeps us honest; a published price can't quietly grow.

How much does website maintenance cost in 2026?

Market-wide, $20 to $40 per month buys automated updates with no human review; $95 to $500+ buys managed care with real engineers. Our tiers run $97, $297, and $497+ per month, and the tier table above says exactly what each adds.

What does "from $X/mo" mean? Will my price be higher?

The "from" price is the real entry price for a standard site on that tier. Larger or more complex sites can price higher within the tier, and you'll know your exact number before you commit, in writing.

Why is some work quoted instead of fixed?

Because publishing a fixed price for genuinely variable work would mean padding it. Migrations and custom builds vary by an order of magnitude with scope, so they get a written fixed quote instead, with the drivers stated. The quote is then the price.

Do diagnostic fees really credit toward the project?

Yes, dollar for dollar. The $795 audit or diagnostic comes off the sprint price; the $495 migration assessment comes off the migration. If you stop after the diagnostic, you keep the report and owe nothing more.

What's the difference between the $795 audit and the $1,500 AI Search Readiness Audit?

The $795 Technical Audit is the general diagnostic: performance, security, SEO infrastructure, and an AI-readiness screening. The AI Search Readiness Audit is the deep specialist product: evidence-graded analysis of how AI systems crawl, render, and cite your site. Start with the $795 audit unless AI search visibility is specifically why you're here.

Do prices change once work starts?

No. Fixed fees are fixed, and quotes are fixed once written. If you change the scope mid-project, we re-quote the change in writing before doing it, and you approve it or we don't.

Is there a discount for combining services?

The credit system is the discount: diagnostics credit into projects, and most sprint clients move onto retainers where monitoring catches problems before they become new sprints. We don't run promotional pricing; the published number is the number.
